I'm going to be in a gap year for a while till next year, my current a level grades are at 104 though I need 112 and really don't want to give a foundation year another try... Will my universities reject me for lower points? If yes then does anyone know of short online course I can take to get my points up?

That is great news you have decided to study Illustration - that is a cool degree!
I would say it is best to get in touch with the universities you would like to study at to see if they have any room on their acceptance criteria or if they accept any alternative qualifications, experience, or perhaps portfolio work. If they don't they may be able to advise on access or similar course to study to meet their entry requirements.
If you know where you might like to study and know you can apply then I would highly recommend attending an Open Day. Open Days are a brilliant opportunity to:
•
Meet academic staff and find out more about your chosen course, such as support for parents.
•
Meet fellow students and get an insight into student life at that university
•
Speak to other departments such as student support.
•
Have a campus tour and view the course facilities
•
Explore local accommodation options (if applicable).
•
You could visit the university cities to see if you'd be happy spending a minimum of three years there.
I hope this helps. Feel free to let me know if you have any other questions.

To get extra UCAS points the only things I am aware of that can take less than a year are gradings for musical instruments and an AS level. Not aware of any other quick fixes. Many universities have 104 points as the minimum entry. You can always ask them if it's worth applying.
