Hi everyone! I'm Nisha , a postgraduate student in University of Sheffield conducting research on school experiences related to bullying in the UK. I’m particularly interested in hearing from students from a range of backgrounds, including those eligible for Free School Meals (FSM) or middle-income backgrounds.
If you’re a secondary school student (ages 12-18) who has encountered or witnessed bullying, I’d be grateful if you’d consider sharing your insights. All discussions are confidential, and there’s a small compensation £15 as a thank-you for your time.

You need to clearly state your ethics clearance and full details on the project. This is vital particularly as you are asking vulnerable children (bullied) about some potentially traumatic experiences. I am actually really surprised you were allowed to recruit in this way, as most ethics boards would/should have denied this approach.

My name is Kairi, and I am in middle school. I have autism, ADHD, OCD, Anxiety Disorder, and Unidentified Depressive Disorder. I am bullied a lot. People mock me and my behaviors and I am harassed so badly I have an aid walk with me JUST to make sure no one harasses me. I now have anger issues and trust issues. I hate school, even though I love learning. Oh yes, and don't send me money.
