Am I eligible for a post-graduate masters loan?

Hi, previously I was scheduled to study an integrated master's degree but in June I found out that I had narrowly missed the grade I needed to continue to the fourth year and instead graduated with a bachelor's degree. I am about to apply for a MSc by research degree and I need to get a post-graduate master's loan. Everyone I speak to has opposing opinions on whether I will be able to get one. Am I eligible?

I just completed the 3 year course instead.
