Submitting written work to Hertford College

I got the email acknowledging my application and telling me how to sent written work.
I have sent the written work, formatted correctly and all that - but I got an automated response saying 'the deadline has passed.'
But the deadline is the 10th of November. It has not reached the 10th of November. It is not even the same bloody month.
I've sent an email to admissions about this and haven't got a response yet.
Just wondering if others have had the same hiccup as me. I've been concerned and confused by this. Help appreciated

😮 I've received confirmation of my application from Magdalen, and of course along with that the written work deadline.
When did you send your written work? Did you send it before they sent this confirmation email? That's all I can think- like you sent it before the written work submissions re-opened from last years entry so it defaulted the response.

They'll probably just ask you to send it again- but I wouldn't do anything before they reply as, if you re-send the same written work, it may look suspect.

Forum etiquette wise, I probably should bin this thread. I got a confirmation email saying all was fine and dandy, so, phew. Thank the powers that be for that.
Magdalen is so pretty.
