Problem Details
I have emailed about this, as has my daughter, and I've sent you messages on Twitter and posted on one of the board on TSR... the study planner has - yet again - deleted all the exams and study sessions so carefully plotted in. This is an error that has been going on for at least 4 years. Please sort... and reinstate my daughter's revision timetable!

Hi, sorry to hear your daughter has been having issues with this! The study planner is no longer something that's run by The Student Room - you can see more information in that regard here :smile:

It looks like you should be able to flag the issue to GetRevising here, or via their Twitter - hope that helps!

Thanks for letting me know. Frustratingly, GetRevising hasn't used Twitter for nearly a year and they don't respond to emails. It's disappointing they aren't more upfront about the unreliable nature of their product and their communication.
