Student accommodation takeover - Liverpool

Hi, I’m in urgent need of somebody to takeover my tenancy at True Student Accommodation in Liverpool. The accommodation is lovely with my flat being on the 10th floor with an en-suite bathroom, and the accommodation offering many great facilities such as a free gym membership, a study zone, communal kitchens for hire if you have family/friends from home over etc.
My flatmates are all so friendly and clean, and I have no complaints about True Student at all as I have loved living here. However, I am in desperate need of a replacement tenant due to the fact that I unfortunately do not like my course and I am thinking of dropping out.
The tenancy ends at 12 noon on 21/06/2025, and it is available to take over immediately.
