Depends on what your grade requirements are for uni. If you get lower than your grade requirements after the final exams you may be less likely to be accepted, but not always (I was still accepted even though I got 1 grade lower than I needed).
It also depends on what uni you're applying for, as some unis are a lot more grade focused (like some Russel group unis), other unis are a lot more flexible.
I'm not sure if you can check now but definitely closer to results day you can check the courses you've applied for on UCAS and if you scroll to the bottom you can check the percentage of students who were accepted onto that course with your grades. I found this really reassuring, so don't worry too much because most unis accept students with much lower grades. Keep working hard and you'll be fine

I was just stressing, as my mock grade is lower than what I plan or am expected to get in my actual exam. And I don’t want them to see it differently as my a level is the same as what I apply for.
But this definitely, helps! I hope your doing well with where you are 🩷

Oh they won't see it differently trust me! I know unis seem very harsh when it comes to grades but, unless it's top unis, they can also accept slightly lower grades.
(It kinda was a miracle to get accepted with my ones).
Psychology BSc is quite a popular field and pretty easy to get into anyway so don't stress too much!

This also helps a ton, so they can’t decline me or think differently due to my grade in the same a level subject as my uni subject. That’s what I was worried about.
But, I’m hoping I’ll get what I want! As they said I just have to meet their ucas points, and surely they’ll make me an offer, hoping for one that’s confirmed and no conditions. As it’s a non Russell group and how are u finding psych now??

It sounds like you'll be fine. It was my psychology grade that wasn't as high as I wanted, and it was psychology I was applying for, so I wouldn't worry about it. I know a few people who got unconditional offers for psychology, so it's definitely possible, and I'm sure you'll get one !!
I'm on a gap year right now, so I've not started my psychology course yet, but from what I've heard from friends on the course, people are really enjoying it, sorry I can't tell you more though.

The requirements for KCL Psychology are A*AA, my year 12 predicted grades were A*AB, in my offer they lowered it for me and said I only need AAB. I got AAB and got into KCL. Graduated this year July!
