Physiotherapy bachelors (2nd degree)

Hi there, I am currently a post grad student in sports therapy and I am looking to take a leap into becoming a Physiotherapist as this is a much more viable career choice for me. Regarding funding, I have been told by an individual on linked in that she got a tuition and maintenance loan for her physio bachelors and this was her second degree. Can anyone confirm if this is true, or what loans I will be eligible for? Thank you!

If you get your funding from SFE, it considers all AHP courses as exception courses and so disregards previous study. You would be entitled to undergraduate funding (maintenance loan and tuition fee loan) if you study another bachelors or a pre-reg masters. The pre-reg masters is a condensed two-year version of the three-year undergrad. Also, as long as you study at a uni in England, you would be eligible to apply to the NHS Learning Support Fund for the additional annual training grant and other benefits:
