Campus based RG universities

Does anyone know any RG universities where there is a specific campus, with all buildings located there with accommodation close by too. I feel like there all quite spread out?

Hiya,

Great to hear you're looking for a campus uni - I was the same as you when I was applying and did not like the idea of having multiple buildings strewn around the city!

From a quick search it looks like Nottingham, Warwick, York and Leeds are all clustered around a main, central campus close to their cities. However I would encourage you to...

1.

Prioritise your course - the most important factor in your decision should be the course content/modules, whether you think you will enjoy it and if it is suited to what you want to learn. Also consider that uni's reputation and teaching quality for your chosen subject.

2.

Try to look beyond the RG label! Whilst there are a lot of very good unis in the RG, there are also plenty of good ones not in the group, such as Lancaster, Loughborough. and Bath. Bath is a gorgeous little campus uni a very short walk from a beautiful georgian city, has an excellent academic reputation and one of the best industrial placement schemes in the country, so I'd encourage you to explore all your options!

Wishing you the best of luck in your decision 🙂 give us a shout if you have any more questions
