Is this enough survey responses for my Geography NEA?

Hi, I’m currently at 43 survey responses and do not feel like collecting more as my data analysis is due in slightly over a week. Is this enough responses for an area with around 14000 people and to get high marks overall (55+/70). I know that my data has to have some accuracy to score the top band but I’m not sure if this is enough responses to be accurate enough. Mathematically, I should be looking at least 80% confidence level that my data is statistically significant.

My friend who did her coursework on the same area as me a few years ago got around 150 survey responses (but got around 44/70 overall). My teachers have quite high expectations on how many survey responses we should have (but having a lot doesn’t guarantee high marks).
For certain questions in my survey, I should have upwards of 70 responses as I’m combining answers from my friends’ surveys on the same area.

Thanks

i think 43 is quite a lot and if you include an evaluation saying how you couldve gotten more and how that will affect ur conclusion u should be okay id say 👾

Oh man, stressing over survey responses is a vibe. So you’re at 43 responses, and it feels like trying to win a marathon with a head start of three steps. Honestly, though, you might be good. Your friend got 150 responses and scored 44/70, so clearly, quantity alone isn't the golden ticket.
You’ve got some survey Avengers teaming up with answers from your friends’ surveys, bumping some questions up to 70 responses. That’s like having a secret weapon. Plus, stressing over squeezing out more responses might not be the best use of your time. Focus on the quality and how you present your data.
High marks aren’t guaranteed by sheer numbers but by accuracy and how you analyze what you’ve got. So, stick with your 43 responses, rock that data analysis, and show your teachers you’re more than just a number cruncher.

icl from what ive written so far its not about survey sizes its more about how you analyse the data - plus if ur survey answers can be put as percentages of a whole, you can make up how many people did the survey

Thanks! Yeah the data analysis is not about survey size, but my teacher said we have to justify how many survey responses we get in the methodology as your data as to have some justified accuracy to score the top band on methodology.
