which programme did you apply for? Also, do you have any experience of using GenAI in your work experience/projects etc?

Actually tbf I did apply for that originally, but they suggested I switch to Modern Engineering instead, so I did.

I'm planning to apply for like Data and AI, but I seem to be overthinking for the question that says to list like 3 skills you feel is essential for succeeding in your role. Also, how do you demonstrate experience in using Gen AI?

What were the online tests like?

Online tests actually weren't too bad, there's just a lot of questions. If you've done other tests before it should feel quite familiar.

I wouldn't have a clue about Gen AI, iirc mine never mentioned anything about that.

Do you know if the tests were like SHL, Capffinity etc (Numerical, situation judgement or like gamified)?

If you don't mind me asking, what 3 skills did you guys put as essential for succeeding in the grad role?

It's Cappfinity. I've done a few of their tests before for other applications.

Anyone applied for the consulting role? I've did the discovery portal last week and wanted to see if anyone's gotten their feedback yet, since it said 2-3 days after completion

I applied like 10 days ago and got the assessment 5 days later
