How does one deal with writing without inspiration?

Sometimes u just can't write without inspiration, yes??
I gotcha girlll cuz im like u. thing is, inspiration can't be chased down and put on a leash. It just comes. Theres no other way to find it. If u just sit in one spot and stare at the wall hoping for inspiration im pretty sure nothings gonna come to u (believe me, ive tried) My advice is to go one with life and don't expect anything to come. It will flow, I assure you. Be patient, though it may seem frustrating at times when u reeeeally want that inspiration.
