Can I still give up the urine pot for tomorrow's check if I cleaned it from urine

It will be over 24 hours when I pass it to the urologist. I was thinking about just cleaning it and peeing to it again tomorrow's morning. Can I wash it right now and just do it again?

No don't reuse a container for urine as it is already contamination by you doing it the first time around and it's does not matter how much you wash it out there will still be traces of the previous urine.

You should ask for another sample bottle to do the urine sample in so that your urologists get a more accurate test result.
