Loughborough Des Eng

My name's Ava and I currently hold a deferred place at Loughborough for the integrated masters in Product Design Engineering. I'm aware the first year is pretty intensive on mathematics and coding and want to make sure my brain is still engaged when I start next year! I was wondering if there's any online courses you'd recommend or anything you think I should cover in the meantime?

Hello Ava,

For programming, I would recommend that you work on projects generally, just to keep things ticking over. It doesn't have to be anything crazy, especially since most people may have never coded before and they'll start from scratch, but it's good you want to get ahead.

@Muttley79 do you have any suggestions re maths?

Is this the course?

If so I'd keep your Maths up to speed and maybe look at some FMaths topics. You could ask Loughborough what they recommend ...
