If I am currently a grade below (BCC) what’s needed for my ideal course (BBB/BBC) would they still potentially offer me a place or do I absolutely need to be on those grades to have a chance? I have one more opportunity to bring up my predicted grades next week so wondering how stressed I should be atm

you’d only be able to get an offer if you’re eligible for contextual offers, each uni has different criteria so i’d recommend checking their website(s) for info about that. if you aren’t then you better get to working on those predicted grades 😭 x

good luck!

It's fine to have an aspirational choice (or two) above your predicted grades. See how you get on next week and then make sure you apply to some courses that are at your predicted grades. A safe choice a grade or two below your predicted grades is also recommended. What course do you want to study?

Thank you, I want to study sport management
Courses asking for BBB may have some flexibility. As above, there is no harm in having an aspirational choice or two.

Many mid-level Unis will make offers to applicants who are just below their entry requirements.
One choice like this is fine, just be prepared for No.

Do you think you could get even higher grades in August?
Are there any universities asking for ABB for sport management that you like the look of?

Not really, only higher one I kinda liked was loughborough but I wouldn’t want to go there I don’t think. I’d want to go to all 5 of my choices which range BBB-CCC

fair enough - lots of applicants rule themselves out. Loughborough have taken people with BBB for sport management in the past but if you don't really like it/don't think you'll thrive there then that's irrelevant
