Children's Rights

Two recent statutes have the capacity to alter the approach of applicants, lawyers
and judges in cases affecting children and their rights in Scottish court proceedings:
The Children (Scotland) Act 2020 (passed but not yet in force), and The United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child
(Incorporation)(Scotland) Act 2024 (now in force). Does anyone have any ideas on how these two statutes' provisions might assist Scottish courts in reaching decisions concerning children in the future? Any help would be great!
