Westminster sixth form

i am hoping to tale bio chem maths and economics for alevels so i will be taking these subjects exams for the entrance exams at westminster. anyone know if the economics exam will be difficult? i didnt take economics gose as it wasnt offered at my school but what do i need to know for the exam? thanks!

As a first port of call, I would speak to the teachers or support staff at Westminster who are involved in the entrance exams as they may be able to give you examples of past papers.

Here's are a few common entrance exam topics for Economics:

Economic Systems
Basic understanding of types of economies (market, mixed, and planned economies) and their advantages and disadvantages.

Government Intervention
Knowing when and why governments intervene in markets, such as through taxation, subsidies, or regulation.

Basic Business Economics
Some exams might touch on business objectives, costs, revenue, and profit, so a general understanding of these terms is useful.

Hi! I'm also applying for entry in September of 2026, and am planning on taking history, geography, economics and Spanish. I'm not sure whether I should look at any other schools for sixth form. Ru only applying to Westminster?
