Cheap Liverpool Studio Tenancy Takeover

Hi, I’m in urgent need of somebody to takeover my tenancy at Seel Street Student Accommodation in Liverpool. The accommodation is a studio style room with both your own kitchen along side a shared one, this comes with benefits like not having to worry about flat mates. However, I am in desperate need of a replacement tenant due to the fact that I unfortunately do not like my course and I am thinking of dropping out. The contract end July 27th 2025 and Rent is not due until January. Please message for more details.
