hi would i be able to apply for pharmacy at nottingham predicted ABB, i and are the standard entry requirements are AAB, but i completed realising opportunities which brings it down to BBB, do i have a good chance of getting an offer? also what are other unis i could apply for, i do meet some contextuals.
I highly recommend you to fill in the following form: Enquiry Form Your query will be transferred to the Unversity of Nottingham's admissions department and you will receive an answer shortly. If you fulfil the requirements it is very possible that you get an offer 🙂.
Hiya, I’m in same situation but without realising opportunities, they replied and said I should receive an interview even with the slightly lower grades! I’d email them to check but I’d imagine should be the same!

Hi there. At Bath our standard entry requirements are AAB, but our contextual offer is ABB, which you can find more about here: MPharm entry requirements. In some cases, we also lower entry requirements if you have completed something extra alongside your A Levels, such as an EPQ or AS level.

Hi,
I know this thread is a little older, but I hope things went well for you and wishing you all the best. I thought it may still be useful to share some information about pharmacy courses and options for anyone else considering the subject.
With predicted grades of AAB-BBB, you would have options at a wide range of pharmacy schools. Some universities may also consider contextual factors, so it’s always worth checking directly on university websites or contacting admissions teams for guidance.
Here’s a bit about our Pharmacy course at LJMU: •Entry requirements generally BBB-ABB depending on your qualifications •Accredited by the General Pharmaceutical Council •Taught by one of the oldest and most well-established schools of pharmacy in the UK •Hands-on experience from Year 1 through placements, patient engagement, and inter-professional learning •Strong focus on applying science to clinical practice •Excellent support for personal and professional development •Ranked 18th in the UK for Pharmacy and Pharmacology (Guardian 2025)
It’s always a good idea to attend open days and explore a few universities to find the environment and support that suits you best.
Hoping this helps anyone thinking about pharmacy and if you have any questions, please feel free to ask.
