LSE Management

Hey, I am an international student who wants to apply to LSE, UCL and Warwick for Management. In the course structure of LSE Management you can find many economics courses. I am right now on my personal statement and wrote one of my paragraphs about a topic in economics. Would you change that and only focus on management or what would you do?
Any help is appreciated
Thank you!

Hey, I’m also applying for LSE management. I would say its defo a good idea to do an Econ-related paragraph, as economics is a significant part of their course and it will show them that you are genuinely interested and that you have done your research. Ive already submitted my UCAS application as i also applied for oxford (Econ and management), and my personal statement was honestly pretty much all Econ with only themes of management. However my situation may be slightly different, as i applied for Econ at all my other unis- I didn’t for LSE because I don’t take FM. However, i do think my PS is slightly too economics-related for the LSE management course as I don’t actually explicitly reference management as a subject, but my advice would be to defo integrate some economics in your PS.

The LSE regards a 'stellar' UCAS Personal Statement as the ultimate distinguishing and probably the deciding factor in the admissions tutors making an offer to you. So, make your UCAS Personal Statement stand out from the rest. 🙂
