Postgraduate Masters Loan Cancelled?

I’m really worried as I got a letter from a couple of days ago that says my Postgraduate loan was cancelled? It says I didn’t finish the application and that my accounts been inactive and that they have cancelled my application for this year? I’m panicking so bad as I really need this whilst I won’t be able to pay off my fees and will struggle a lot. I sent my birth certificate off and I got a letter on September 19th that said it can take 6-8 weeks to process my birth certificate/ evidence? So that takes it up until Mid November? I hope I can apply again or hope its just an error but I am super stressed… Going to call them tomorrow but just wanted to see if this has happened to anyone else to make me feel better… it literally was on pending for weeks so hopefully they’ll still be processing my birth certificate as they asked me to send evidence? Doing a part time masters so 2 years but I am super worried…

I'm really sorry to hear of your situation, and while I haven't had this issue myself, contacting @Student Finance England would be the best option for you to find out why it has been cancelled.

I really hope you can find out some answers today! Hopefully it is just an error, and your information is still being processed. I do know that getting extra documents checked can take time- as I've experienced this myself.
