Hello, Childline offers a call service where you can speak to someone who is trained to support with situations like you have described: Childline
They also offer options to speak with a counsellor online which may be helpful for you.

Perhaps you are the one who doesn't understand your mum? She is entitled to have a life, expecting her to to love only you and have no other relationships is a bit selfish.... Her having partner doesn't mean she doesn't care about you.
