It has been a month since my phone interview with Harrods. But my application on thei

I have been waiting to here back from Harrods after the call interview for almost a month now, I sent them a thank you email and 2 following up emails. I did not get any reply back from them, but on my account at their website, my application is still in process. Can anybody tell me what is going on? Thank you so much.

Recruitment in large organisations is typically chaotic. The HR Dept has probably got more to worry about at the moment

I have worked for Harrods, and they will scrutinise you so much that you may feel like resigning every single week of your employment there. This is extremely common for all Harrods shop floor workers. It is much better to work for a concessionary business based within Harrods.
