Self employed with full time maintenance loan
Hi I started studying this September at university and I’m looking at going self employed and doing the odd jobs for people on a sub contracting basis. I have the full maintence amount as I’m 28 living in a rented home with partner. Am I allowed to go self employed as a full time student?

Hi there. We do not take a students earned income in to account when assessing for the Maintenance Loan. Thanks, Leah.
