For a dissertation (IHL)
I'm currently taking an online course in humanitarian international law, and I have a semi-project focused on 'Jus cogens and the principle of proportionality within this context (humanitarian Law). However, I'm feeling lost regarding how to approach the topic and structure my plan. I would greatly appreciate any guidance or suggestions to help me navigate this project.
