Any tips on how i can get into the first year internship role at the bank if england

I'm Looking to apply for the first year internship role at the bank of England i was wondering if there are things i can do to maximise my chances of getting into the programme, as it seems to be quite competitive

I did the penultimate year internship last summer. Focus is really on behaviourals and making sure you are good to work with/ a decent person so look at the "Bank Behaviours" on the BoE website and focus on them. Good luck!

The key trait the BoE looks for when hiring economists is the ability to build structural models that completely fail in the presence of supply shocks.

Thank you very much, but It seems like they have stopped the first year internship role this year, Kind of a bummer but oh well
