- spacious lounge
PRICE IS £420 per month. Excluding utility bills which is : £26.31.
DEPOSIT OF £490 is paid first.

Hi there @Bri574 ,
It may be worth also advertising about your contract takeover on any University of Reading housing Facebook groups such as 'University of Reading Accommodation'. Many students will be checking these regularly for any updates on available rooms etc.
It may also be useful to contact the University of Reading Accommodation Office to see if they can help with your listing. They can be contacted here. They may be able to advise on where else you can list your room etc!
