I applied to the Lloyds Corporate Banking and Markets graduate scheme and just received an email about an AC.
Was wondering if people have had this email earlier?

Ahhh I’ve not gotten anything. Hopefully I’m not cooked 🥲 I’ve done their AC before but was unsuccessful, praying I can get through to an assessment centre this year

It’s okay I’m sure you will soon! I think in the beginning they just send them out randomly ◡̈ I also did really bad in this job simulation so I wouldn’t worry if I were you

My strengths were “bringing new ideas and perspectives that other may have missed” and then my lower scoring strength was that “I find it challenging to analyse and interpret numbers or complex information”I feel like my lower scoring strength is so important for the jobs so I was so confused that I even got an AC.
Are you doing an AC too?

I feel like my lower scoring strength is so important for the jobs so I was so confused that I even got an AC.

I had the same strength and same lowest scoring strength, and I also thought that one was really bad to have as a lower strength - but not AC for me yet...

My strength was The ability to analyse, interpret and evaluate information accurately and weakness was Your responses suggest that you are more likely to follow the majority view and may struggle to bring an alternative viewpoint to problems or situations.
No clue how they assess these things I guess, but fingers crossed

It’s the first ac I got ever, I don’t know what to expect😵it’s so out of surprise
