Bachelors of Dentistry in Spain (English) - UCAM, CEU, UEM, UIC

I’m currently in y13 (A-level) and have applied to CEU San Pablo, UE Madrid, UIC Barcelona, and UCAM for bachelors in dentistry in English - can anyone who is studying there/has information share anything about the universities, facilities, accommodation, student life, entrance exams/interviews and how to prepare (there’s not much info on this on their websites), and anything extra that comes to mind? It would be really appreciated!

Hi, I’ve seen that UCAM for 2025 entry is full, have you applied? Or did you apply elsewhere?

I want to get into UEM (or any dental school in Spain rlly) but does anyone know alternative ways to pay for it all? Tuition alone comes to £24k and that doesn’t include living costs. There are no scholarships or bursaries abroad.

Are bank loans a good option?
Any ideas anyone??

I applied directly through the website where they will keep you in contact with the university’s application agent

I’ve applied and paid my reservation fee, they gave options for payments, either one payment annually or monthly payments decided by the university

I applied too they just ask for documents and then an interview, that’s pretty much it, the documents include your academic transcript converted to Spanish system, letter of motivation, then your legal docs

What’s the best uni in Spain or is there virtually no difference?

For dentistry I think UIC Barcelona and UEM are the best, UIC is ranked 46th in the world for dentistry but I couldn’t find anything for UEM, I ended up picking UEM because of campus and accommodation convenience since they’re both pretty good unis regardless

They just ask you to introduce yourself and talk about what interested you in dentistry, and if you have any family in dentistry. That’s all I can recall off the top of my head but it was just 10-15 mins long and they inform you about the course and language requirements.
