Is it possible to never get hungover?

I've never had a hangover despite drinking for nearly a year now. A few days ago I got blackout drunk, throwing up, falling over, blurry vision etc. I woke up and felt slightly nauseous, which then faded away after an hour or two, and then I felt absolutely fine for the rest of the day, except maybe a little tired.

Both of the friends I was with drank less than me but were violently hungover the next day. Am I just immune to hangovers or something?

Nauseous for an hour or two sounds like a hangover. But severity of hangover does depend on the person as well as what and how much they have drunk

I guess so- it just surprised me how mildly I was affected by so much drinking. I was far more drunk than my friends, literally have gaps in my memory, and yet they were both hungover badly all morning and I wasn't. And this is the first time that I've woken up with any kind of hangover at all, I usually don't even feel ill.
As above it varies from person to person and a lot of factors like what you drink, age & overall health etc, but they will start catching up to you eventually.

The other night when you were throwing up probably took a lot of sting out whatever hangover you'd have otherwise.

There are a allergy medicine that helps if you take it before drinking. It might have another name in England than in Norway

Hm interesting, I haven't heard of this before- I will have to do some research!
In fact there is a foolproof strategy for never having a hangover, which I'm employing myself. It's called teetotalism
