I applied for that one, just heard back today. Does anyone know what the screening call or assessment centre will include? Haven’t really seen much info about anything tbh

I applied for commercial and got an email that I passed the first stage and now need to wait for next round. Has anyone has any idea what to expect in a screening call?

how long ago did you do your first assessment? I haven’t heard back from them yet so wondering how long they take.

For what role it is for? I haven't got any info to schedule an interview with Gatwick apart from an email that I passed the assessment stage and now need to wait for interview.

Ohh yeh they must be taking their time with interviews then. Mine was for corporate affairs

How long was the interview and how many questions did they ask? Also were they technical, Strength based or Competency based? It will be great if you can share this with us people waiting for their interview to be schedule.

Based on people above saying they've already done their interviews, I'm guessing those of us that haven't been contacted since the "we will be sifting through applications over christmas" email, didn't make it past the manual sift.
