Hi, I moved to England around 4 years ago, so I'm eligible for Home fees. I wanted to ask what's the application process to universities in Ireland and Scotland is like, especially with the recent rise of tuition fees hikes in England.
I am on my gap year working in industry, I am trying to save money, as I am reluctant to take out student loans.
