CPR student finance

Hello,
I received this email last night and I was just wondering how long till I receive my loan from this. It says my student finance should’ve updated however it’s only got sent last night so hasn’t updated on the system. Just looking for a rough estimate when my loan will go through

Do you have any knowledge of how long before I actually receive my loan from this email. I can’t get to uni because I don’t have loan and have no money spare affecting me missing my course when I have deadline due for the end of the month. I tried contacting student finance live chat but it just places me In like then kicks me out with ‘no student officers available’. The whole situation is stressing me out as I can’t get a solid date. I need to sort something out if it’s going to be more than a week before I receive money

When you login what's the status of your first payment, is it still 'awaiting confirmation'?

Hi David Garnett,
When the CPR evidence is accepted and that email is sent to you, the application will go into a stage of processing that needs to be finalised and approved on the system which takes 1-5 working days for the entitlement letter to come through.
If you keep an eye on your account over the next few days, you will receive your new entitlement letter

Thanks Clare. It changes this morning on my student application however like the email reads above it says that I was accepted for cpr. When I’ve checked my view payments there isn’t a tuition fee showing only a maintenance loan. Does this mean I wasn’t actually successful

My student finance live chat doesn’t work it won’t let me talk to a student adviser. All it says is they’re none available and I can’t phone because I need loan to make sure all my bills are paid.
