Female colleague at work

I have a much younger female colleague at work, that I like to talk to, and it seems she likes as well. She smiles a lot. Sometimes I play with her, tease her a bit. She gave some shortned nickname from my name and it rhymes with teddybear. I heard her saying it discreteely lol. She gave one older guy a nickname but it's not a pet/playful one. Does this in any way mean she likes me like a friend or something more?

i think this can be true as people in work have to be nice to colleagues and can form friendships and keep their personal relationship separate from work

Yeah it makes sense what you say, I just get that feel she is nicer when she's with me

Do most women avoid falling for a coworker?

If you don’t mind me asking. How old is she and how old are you? Just to put things into better perspective (As a young woman myself)

in my experience, I have known quite a few relationships due to meeting in the work place, one of which has resulted in marriage in June... although they kept a complete secret until they both announced it!
