Kings College contextual law

Hi I am in year 13 about to apply for law at kings and LSE. The grade requirements are A A A*. However, the contextual requirements are AAB. My predicted grades are currently AAB and i'm eligible for contextual. Since i meet the grade requirements based on my grades excluding the LNAT and PS am I likely to get in with those predicted or not.

Nobody applying for Law at King's or LSE is "likely to get in" - there are just too many applicants.

However, if you're a contextual applicant and you meet the contextual requirements, then you have a chance of an offer.

Thank you! Do you think if my LNAT was also a bit lower like a 24 they would still review my application due to contextual data?

Kcl are kind of notorious for not giving out offers to anyone who scored less than 30 on the LNAT - at least that’s how they acted last year. They could be more lenient this year? It really depends on the strength of applicants overall so I would never say never

I thought that was because they prioritised international and contextual offers a lot last year?

If you're expecting a "contextual" LNAT cut-off (i.e. you can get away with a lower LNAT score because you're a contextual candidate), I don't think that happens, unfortunately.

Yes, you’re still likely to get in. I’d say it’s worth a try. Not everyone who applies to law is predicted A*AA or higher

Hi there just wanted to double check whether you thought the same was likely to happen this year. I'm suprised it was so high considering that successful applicants for Oxford last year averaged 31 and the lowest LNAT offer was 20.
