Resitting Y12 - how will this impact medicine?

So my sixth form is bad. there has been a lot of bullying and unhappiness, and my plan currently is to see out the school year (y12), and then apply elsewhere and resit y12 and get a fresh start somewhere else.

Does this count as resitting A-levels? I really want to go to med-school and I know most have requirements over resits, though technically I wouldn't have resat any exams since my current school doesn't offer AS.

Does my situation count as extenuating circumstances? but my moving school is more based on personal choice then anything else.

Does anyone have any advice?? I seem stuck in a grey area
