Can I get into UCL or KCL with my Final results of AAB

For context, I am in a rigorous academic college in the USA and live in the UK but want to drop out to restart at ucl for Politics and IR. I miss the min requirement by one grade but blame that to my late diagnosis for adhd which disrupted my learning and made my gcse grades poor. I hate it at my current uni and am wondering what my chances are for ucl.

You have a good chance, you should apply. All unis are suffering from a drop in International applications so if you are and International student, UCL may be more lenient because you are worth £20k to them thats equivalent to two UK students.
