It's an odd setup between the two universities (where MPharm at Plymouth is actually taught by Bath academics and results in a Bath degree), but yes - you can apply to both.

Yes you can apply for both - but you will only get one interview and an offer for both based on that interview, so you would be better off just picking Plymouth (more flexible on results day - it was in Clearing this year, and Bath wasn't).
