So I have a guy that I like and he always says yes when i ask him to hangout everyone says he likes me but I don't know. Do guys hangout with any girl or do you have to be attracted to them to hangout with them??????

Definitely, he wouldn't have said yes frequently (if he didn't like you) whenever you asked for a hangout.

I wouldn't say he would have to like you to want to hangout with you but if other people think that he likes you then it's probably a good indicator that he does. Other people tend to notice before you will and if he also wants to constantly hangout with you alongside that, I would say it's probably very likely he does find you attractive.
