Question about Barry Bennett Laptop

Hi

I was given a laptop from Barry Bennett after applying for DSA which I paid £200 towards for and I've got a dilemma including a tech savvy autistic brother who could potentially cause problems

I just wanted to ask, could I get in trouble if my brother were to visit sketchy websites or download malware or even hack into it, would the supplier or the Uni know? Like for example is it connected to them or their servers or something?

It's just that I was going to let my little kid sister do her school homework on it however my brother hovers around a lot and does nothing all day or ever leaves the house.

My little sister or anybody else would probably leave it the laptop turned on if I'm not around

If you put an open pc or laptop in in front of my brother, he would sneakily go on weird sketchy websites and download strange stuff and go on incognito browsers to do it.

He believes he can get away with anything so no one can really stop him tbh.

I'm really terrified he might do something stupid like this and get me in trouble with the DSA supplier or even the Uni itself and the last thing I need is to go into a load of student debt and get me kicked off my course or even worse
