I personally don't believe in love at first sight, I believe in lust at first sight. I don't believe I fell in love with my husband the first time I met him but I was interested from the first moment and love grew from that. I don't think you can truly love someone without knowing them, if you find someone attractive but then find they have an awful personality or habits/mannerisms you just can't deal with you can mistake those original feelings for love but they fade very quickly.

Agreed. You can't really love someone if you don't meaningfully know them.
