Looking for Affordable Accommodation & Part-Time jobs for Coventry University London

Hello everyone! I am currently looking for affordable accommodation options nearby Coventry University London Campus. I’m on a tight budget, so I'm open to shared housing or any student-friendly places you might recommend.

Additionally, I'd appreciate any tips on finding part-time jobs in London—especially any roles that are flexible with student schedules. If anyone has experience or resources for finding accommodation and jobs in the area, I’d be so grateful for your advice. Thanks so much in advance!

Hi, I have a single person studio tenancy takeover for students until mid July, but the only catch is rent must be paid in full rather than installments (eg. a guarantor may need to pay on your behalf). It's in Ladywell/Lewisham. If this is something which you can do and you're interested, let me know. I know this may not match your requirements, so no worries if not.
Hi there,
One possible place to look for flexible, part time work as a student is as a student ambassador with your university or with certain student accommodation buildings. This usually involves helping out on open days by greeting prospective students and their parents and answering any questions they might have. It allows you to grow in your confidence and public speaking skills as you may also be asked to give campus tours to high school (year 7-11) or sixth form students (year 12-13) to give them a snapshot of university life. The shifts are very flexible around your studies so it is the ideal part time job for students.
Hope this helps
Dan
