He just doesnt want to drive

Hi y'all, this is me asking an insanely stupid question but I desperately need an answer lol.
So, there's this guy, we've been talking for a couple of months and we've decided to go for a drive followed by some kind of a staycation. Now, we're taking his car out. He wants to take his chauffeur but I want him to drive. Its not like he cant drive or cant drive well. He is pretty good of a driver himself to the extent of driving smooth enough while being drunk lol. Whenever he goes out with his friends/other girls before, he has always driven them around. But when it comes to me he is bringing up the "I care about ur safety" and hence wants to take the driver and he is JUST NOT willing to drive. I feel its wayyy hotter when ur man drives and picks u up. But he just isnt willing to do it. He even said, "we can do anything in the car even when the driver is driving". FYI: we've had the "doing it" conversation before and we're gonna "do it" while we're staycationing. But we can still do things even when he is driving (iykyk) or halting midway and doing it in the car. I dont know why he doesnt want to drive.
Please feed into my dumb question with answers, I beg you all. Thnks byee xx

Edit : I am not justifying drunk driving, I just went too far to explain he is a good driver himself and needs no chauffeur.

yeah from this alone, he does NOT sound like a good guy. IDC how good you think your driving is, you are endangering the lives of you, your passengers and EVERYONE on or even near the road when you drive under intoxication. It is NEVER okay.
Fair chance that the chauffeur will be hot though.
Most people would be like "OMG, he's got a chauffeur? He's taking you on a staycation? Girl, get in there, he's a keeper!"

And you're complaining that he won't drive...

Both POVs which strike me as a bit shallow, but drink-driving and you planning to, ahem, distract him when driving are massive red flags. Thinking they are acceptable is totally irresponsible; let the chauffeur drive and make sure neither of you behave stupidly next time out.

I totally get the point of "safety first" and it should be on priority. BUTTT he always drives whenever out w his past girls or friends or whatsoever. I mean, idk, am I getting the "you're different" treatment by being too delusional, or idk what the real thing is going on in his head. cuz he never goes out w the driver, but when with me, he is hell bent on "I WONT DRIVE" !!!
