Should I drop further maths?

Hi, I'm only in year 12 and I take maths, bio, chem and fm. I honestly love how challenging the subject is but it's just that it gives me so much anxiety and stress. My hands start shaking, my eye starts twitching out of nowhere and my hair started falling out. FM has impacted my mental healthy greatly. I barely have time to revise for my other subjects even though i get a's and a stars for my other subjects except fm where i get C's in tests.

If it's impacting your mental health that much, then you should probably drop it. A 4th alevel is almost never needed, and further maths isn't going to help much if you aren't going into a maths heavy degree at uni (maths, physics, CS, engineering, etc).
Yeah I’m gonna have to say drop it - it’s obviously taking a toll on you, and though it’s really sad because you do like the challenge, I think the stress means isn’t worth it.
I also agree with the above reply: a fourth subject isn’t needed so you’ll be fine.

What you can achieve with fm, you can do just fine with just your math a level. You've taken quite heavy subjects known for their content, which is fine but further maths is only acting as a burden. Especially considering your mental health, do drop it!

your body is telling you it’s not the best for you, listen to yourself!!! it’s better to do amazing in less subjects than average in more. quality > quantity! you got this!

Yes you should drop FM, unless you plan to do a maths degree, in which case you might want to consider dropping one the other subjects instead. If you are planning on doing something like medicine, it makes zero sense to keep FM, even if you were coping okay with it.
