Time Tables and Reading Lists

Can anyone provide an idea of how far in advance you receive the timetable for psychology and counselling undergraduate? I have recently applied for September 2025 and have become a parent. I have been in touch with a few nurseries to arrange child care, and I'm having issues as I am unable to let them know which days I will need. Therefore, I am unable to reserve a place.

Also, as I have the capability, if anybody has a suggested 1st year reading list they would be happy to share I would be greatful as I can use this time to get as much extra reading in as possible.
