Student houses in salford

Hey i have just put a deposit down on a house for next year on Barrfield Road in Salford im just wondering if anyone knows anything about the houses on there or the area x

hi! me and my mates lived in that house like 3 years ago, that's actually really crazy aha, anyways its got a basement and three floors, there decent sized, about the basement though me and my friends didnt really go near it because it was really weird vibes and some of the flatmates on the bottom floor use to say that they heard like shuffling down there always after 9pm and then it stopped and i was in the kitchen once and when i was leaving the door was open! pretty creepy right! anyways other than that its a really nice place, hope I haven't scared you too much lol 🙂
