If you are legible for contextual offer, and your predicted grades are equal to the contextual offer or higher than it, but lower than the general entry requirement, does that count as a aspirational application? So for example, would me applying to Durham university when I meet the contextual requirements and legibility but not the general requirements put me at a disadvantage or no?

No. If you you're predicted to meet/exceed the contextual offer, then it isn't 'aspirational' as such.

Hiya,
I would advise having a look at the eligibility and requirements for contextual offers here contextual offer 🙂

Yeah I have and I meet them but I’m not sure if that puts me at a disadvantage cause for the course I need A*AA and I’m predicted A*ABB, but contextual is AAB so I don’t know if it counts as an aspirational application
