Oliver Wyman Graduate Scheme 2025

Hi All,

Has anyone applied to Oliver Wyman's Graduate Scheme? if so have you been invited to take an online assessment.

The email said that they will conduct first round interviews after this online assessment. Anyone know what this will entail?

I got a link for RARE recruitment form for Entry Level - consultant. Nothing in regards to the online assessment

I did the test and it was very easy. Just normal competency and behavioural questions. then an untimed but time assessed numerical

I got a link for RARE recruitment form for Entry Level - consultant. Nothing in regards to the online assessment

i got that last week then yesterday they gave me the test. they said that they will hold interviews on the 19th 20th and 21st, and let everyone know by the 15th if they get an interview. I assume they'll get back to you this week to do the test or with some sort of communication

I had grit and collaboration as my strength and emotional intelligence as a weakness. Honestly think they’re just gonna take people who finished the maths test the fastest but let’s see

yeah most likely just dependant on the maths test - to be honest I can't even remember what the math test was but they said we'll hear back by this friday. Sucks that there isn't too much options for the first interview dates though.

They said this friday they will invite people to interviews

If they haven't already contacted those who made it yesterday or today, they will contact us before Friday. Letting us know on Friday will mess up scheduling on both sides, lol.

yeah not seen any come out yet, also the deadline for test was sunday so I guess today until Friday we will know. As for messing with schedule, I agree - They will probably send out all interviews by thursday and rejections on fri
