Received a conditional offer on UCAS but I already have the grades?

Hi,
I've been applying to University as of late, and I finally received a conditional offer. However, I have not been in education for around two years, so I already have all of the qualifications that I have put on my application.
One of my choices has given me an offer for a place, but on the condition I provide them certain qualifications of mine. What does this mean? Do I have to e-mail them pictures of my certificates?

Yes, you need to email copies of your certificates if that's what they are asking for.
If a Uni has made you a Conditional offer by mistake, just email them with the same certificate copies and they will change it.
