Do you have any friends in your class that can attest to this? Or anyone who doesn't bully you? tell your parents to email head of year, saying "this person's been bullying me, also this teacher gave me detention/whatever for no reason, this person and that person were there and can attest to that"

Honestly, no one deserves bullying. You are the victim. You can ask your parents to switch school bc bullying or teachers, but atp its best to keep quiet, so that you dont give the bullies more reason to bully you (not saying it's your fault, bullies like to use whatever they want and can use)

but the teacher thinks i am the bully which makes no sense as i got yelled at and i tried to stand up for myself and apparently i am rude
How good is your school academically?
If you got expelled, how good academically is the school that you'd be most likely to be moved to? And is it further from where you live? And if so what additional travel time would you be looking at in the morning?

It's possible that you're in a position where you should play the system and deliberately get expelled so that you're moved to a school where the teaching is at least as good as the one you're at now and where you can make a fresh start with the bullying and hopefully not get bullied at your new school.

Also, is there any possibility you're on the autistic spectrum? Have you been professionally assessed for this?
I know pupils that have been on the autistic spectrum, but never diagnosed, that have had a much harder time at school than they should have had. It's worth checking if this is the case for you.

As a general comment; there's a lot about school that isn't fair. With a lot of the unfairness being the sort of stuff where pragmatically, it's best to shrug your shoulders and move on. With the most outstanding unfair things becoming anecdotes for you to tell for years to come.

NO YOU DO NOT DESERVE IT. You know what I would do now (I am older than school age) if I had the chance again. I would actually go see a Solicitor, get the Solicitor to write to the school and advise them what is happening and tell them it is THEIR DUTY to deal with the Bullying and not victimise you. I would not put up with the crap.

i go a college where every time i go to class i get bullied and both teachers tell me off
for now i got Disciplinary - Stage 1 : Formal verbal warning (v2)
and well another teacher asked: ''When is her stage 2 happening?''
which means they both want me kicked out of the course and college
if i get to stage 3 i am kicked out which i don't think i deserve
it is not fair i get bullied and the students who bully get away with it

So what are the other colleges like in your area? Inparticular the one you're most likely to be transferred to in the event of you getting expelled from this one?

You deserve the very best education you can get.

School isn't fair. Life isn't fair in many ways.
The main thing is what is the best way forward for you for your given circumstances.
There's a lot of important stuff about your circumstances that you haven't told us. When you do, I might be able to give you some meaningful specific advice.

Try to look at the big picture. Not just the minutiae of individual examples of bad things that have happened to you this week.

overall the college is good only cause of how the education is but sometimes it isn't that good as i got told i can't pass
honestly i don't think i can move to another college as that is the one that was chosen
also it hurts that the teacher assumed this:
''She started to have a heated discussion in the class with a class member accusing the class of bullying her'' - the truth was i was getting bullied in lesson time outside but the teacher wasn't paying attention to her students and instead of talking to students that weren't in our class, a student said to me something like ''do you have a problem?'' and that i was staring at her when i didn't. i didn't accuse the whole class of bullying as the girl started the discussion and i tried to stand up for myself but i got laughed at. this is not true
''but the other student voiced that they were simply fed up of her being rude to everyone'' - this is not true as most students in my class was bullying me and i didn't be mean to the whole class ☹️
''When we went outside to do an activity she walked ahead and would not join the group'' - because of bullying
''When in class she packed her things away I explained we had not finished and get her work back out, she huffed again.'' - this is a lie all she said was ''where is your worksheet?'' there was not explanation

Still having these issues? I am surprised you've not left that place yet. I would have if I felt so unsupported by staff and harried by the rest of the group.

yes and i only mostly go to that college for education
every time i go to class i always feel judged and bullied
i don't get why the teachers are on the bullies side and don't care whether i am hurting

Like other people, I find it odd that if the matter is as clear as you describe then action hasn't been taken.

yeah because i struggle with mental health and hate the way that teachers only pick on me by keep looking at me and then yelling at me like i don't deserve to be happy and always in pain which i may deserve
but honestly i feel the teacher saw me and thought i deserve to be sad and i felt it was unfair cause i got laughed at and yelled at by 2 students in front of her, i even got told by a student 'your rude' and i hate the way people always pick out my flaws
but i guess i am the one who is to blame and they get away with anything it is not fair and i am the one who went home and cried so much and feel like everyone in class wants me to end everything and just get replaced
it makes me so hurt to know that i always get picked on as i not i am not perfect, but i try so hard to make people happy but they hate me
i just wish the teacher knew my pain and didn't do social injustice like she didn't even care i got bullied and apparently, ''i accused everyone in class that they bullied me'' i never did that it was a girl who hurts me who yelled at me first
apparently i:
''She started to have a heated discussion in the class with a class member accusing the class of bullying her'' - this is not true all i did was said 'bullying' for what could happen outside for young children, then the teacher disagreed, a student then said something mean and then i said something back
''but the other student voiced that they were simply fed up of her being rude to everyone.'' - wait what no, this is not true as the student was being mean to me and disagreed with me and said something to me
so she is saying bullying is okay in class??
but i never accused the whole of the class of bullying me why would she say this??
i have a feeling because she gave me a ''Disciplinary - Stage 1 : Formal verbal warning (v2)''
also students were laughing at me and saying mean things to my face and she thinks i am the one being rude 🤔

i got a ''Disciplinary - Stage 1 : Formal verbal warning (v2)'' yesterday cause i was getting bullied and yelled at in class
Is it the teacher that said that? You should arrange a meeting with them and explain what happened or get your parents to call/email her
